Mimics, man! Am I right? Once upon a time, you could get treasure out of treasure chests, now they all try to eat you. Heck, it’s getting so you can’t even sit down on simple, comfy, obviously perfectly safe couches and chairs.

The large-sized ‘Carnage Couch’ makes a great boss-monster for a sitting room full of mimics! Scatter around a couple of the ‘UnEasy Chairs’ and ‘Ottobeasts’ and it will turn into an encounter your players will never forget (their characters will though, ‘cause they’ll be dead, lol!).

Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They are also designed to stand up to actual tabletop use: no ridiculous spindly bits that look awesome but are going to break the first time someone sneezes. Paintability and ease of assembly are also important concerns to our design aesthetic.

These Killer Furniture pieces were sculpted for and appeared in our Gen Con and Origins Mutant Crawl Classics adventure for 2022, ‘The Manor of Mr. Mercurial’. This is their first time being available for purchase.
