Mut-O-Rats are mutated rats that carry the devastating spawn plague. People bitten by a Mut-O rat don’t get rabies, they get out of control mutations, sprouting tentacles and eyeballs from unnatural places. In end stages, the disease leads to death, or to complete subservience to the Mut-O-Rat horde.
