Glow Dan is a mutant Geel’nn – a Gila Monster manimal- with dayglow skin and wings. Because of his appearance and skills, he was elevated to the rank of Lieutenant in the Cult of ZihA-a collective of lizard manimals that worship a god seen in Ancient monster movies.
