| This fearsome monsters ‘swims’ the astral seas, but hunts on the prime material plane. It uses it’s 1 to 3 ‘Wisp Stalks’, the only parts of it visible on the material plane, to lure prey over to it, by weaving them in hypnotic patterns. It’s one large eye can see onto the prime material plane as well, so when it sees that it has enticed a victim, it materializes, and then: GULP!!!
Details: This is a resin-and-metal model kit; the body is cast in resin, while the tentacles, wisp stalks, upper and lower teeth sets and fins are all cast in lead-free pewter. The base is laser-cut black acrylic and a clear-plastic flight stand is also included. For absolute highest quality, all metal parts are spin-cast, and resin parts are pressure-cast. Painting and assembly required.
Note for Kit-Bashers: The small-Tenta-Claws from my ebay store (sold seperately) are interchangable with the tentacle arms provided with this kit, and the connection points for the ‘wisp stalks’ also look like a simple raised detail if you were to choose not to attach any of them. 😉
